Instructions for Zudio Franchise Application Submission

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in the Zudio franchise. Please carefully follow the instructions below to ensure proper processing of your application:

A. Ensure that you provide complete and accurate information in the application form.

B. All relevant details should be filled within the form itself. Additional information should only be provided where specifically requested, and can be included as annexures.

D. Please verify all the information you provide. Incorrect or false information may lead to immediate rejection of your application by Tata Trent Limited.

E. All information shared in this form will be treated as confidential. By submitting this form, you authorize Tata Trent Limited (Zudio) to verify the details through its appointed departments.

F. Please note that submission of the application does not guarantee the awarding of a franchise. It is only the first step in the evaluation process.

G. Attach all supporting documents/annexures relevant to the information provided in the application form.

H. Applicants are strictly advised not to make any payments at the time of submission. Payments will only be initiated after your application is approved. Upon approval, a one-time acceptance fee will be required for the next stage of verification:

S1 Model – ₹2,59,000
Mini Store – ₹2,59,000
Exclusive Store – ₹2,95,000
Mega Store – ₹3,59,000

This amount will be adjusted against the final registration fee upon successful confirmation of the franchise. In case the franchise is not approved, the acceptance fee is fully refundable.

I. Please note that Tata Trent Limited does not accept payments via Cash, Demand Draft, or Cheque. All transactions must be made online via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking and Wallet directly into the company’s official portal.

J. All information collected will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating your application for the Zudio franchise. Personal data will not be shared with any third party unless required by law.
